The Peninsula Hotel in Paris, is certainly of the most elegant and luxuries 5 star hotels in the city centre of Paris and if you are looking to find one of the best five star hotels, then The Peninsula is definitely up there. From the moment you step foot in the door, you are greeted with grandeur and opulence at its finest.

Conveniently located in the centre of Paris and just 400 metres from the world famous Arc de Triomphe, the Peninsula hotel provides its guest with a number of different luxuries to enjoy during their stay. These luxuries also include a spa, 20 metre indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, restaurants, bar and rooftop restaurant.

Spa At The Peninsula Hotel Paris

The Peninsula Spa

Open 9am – 9pm

Located in the basement of the hotel and occupying 1800 square meters, is the hotels very impressive spa, known as ‘The Peninsula Spa’. The Peninsula Spa, offers guests at the hotel a fantastic place of tranquillity and somewhere to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The spa is certainly an oasis of calm and is just what you need after a hard day at work or walking around Paris sightseeing.

The spa has no less than 6 treatment rooms, as well as 2 private VIP couples suites.

 

Swimming Pool: 6.30am – 10pm

The Peninsula hotel in Paris, also has a beautiful 20 metre indoor swimming pool, which has LED underwater mood lighting for a unique ambience. There is also a separate whirlpool for added relaxation. The swimming pool is only accessible for hotel residents and spa members.

As well as the swimming pool, the spa also has several other facilities to help you de-stress and relax, including two vitality pools, hammams, saunas and experience showers.

 

Fitness Centre: 6.30am – 10pm

The hotel has a state of the art fitness gym that is open for guests to use. The fitness centre has a range of fitness equipment and is ideal for anyone wanting to keep up with their fitness routines whilst visiting the hotel.

L’Oiseau Blanc – Rooftop Restaurant:

Open everyday from 12:00pm to 02:30pm and from 07:00pm to 10:30pm

One of the unique features of The Peninsula Hotel in Paris, is the amazing rooftop restaurant, known as the L’Oiseau Blanc. The restaurant provides fantastic views across Paris and the perfect backdrop for any dining experience. The L’Oiseau Blanc rooftop restaurant, serves contemporary French cuisine and a bespoke wine and cocktail list.

Le Rooftop:

Sitting right at the very top of the hotel, is the wonderful peaceful oasis of Le Rooftop. The Le Rooftop allows you to enjoy a drink, whilst taking in the panoramic view of Paris.

Note: There is a minimum spend policy at Le Rooftop, which is currently 30 euros (at the time of writing).

 

Le Lobby:

Open From: 7:00am – 10:30pm

Le Lobby is a very elegant and grand dining room that’s decor reflects the Belle Epoque era. A stunning room with its own unique atmosphere and character, providing the perfect setting to enjoy a meal or afternoon tea.

Le Lobby restaurant, serves an all-day menu of both French and International cuisine.

LiLi:

Opening Times:

Lunch : 12:00 – 2:30pm

Dinner : 7:00pm – 10:30pm (11:00pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday)

Closed on Sunday and Monday

The LiLi restaurant is designed to pay tribute to the The Peninsula Hotels’ Asian heritage and does so, with abundance. The elegant design incorporating the theme of Chinese and Western opera, provides the ambient setting to enjoy some of the hotels signature Cantonese cuisine, as well as dishes from other parts of china.

La Terrasse Kléber:

Open 7am – 10.30pm

The Kléber Terrace is an unbelievable enclosed dining terrace, that is one of the largest in Paris and is certainly ‘Café Society’ at its best! The terrace provides direct access for pedestrians to The Lobby, LiLi restaurant and Le Bar Kléber from Avenue Kléber. The terrace serves drinks, snack and othe International cuisine throughout the day and is definitely a great place to relax, people watch and simply just watch the world go by.

Le Bar Kléber:

Le Bar Kléber is certainly one of those bars that is steeped in history and simply oozes grandeur. Its oak panels, large mirrors and gilded décor certainly provide the bar with a unique ambience to enjoy a drink or two! Le Bar Kléber offers a wide range of fine wines, cocktails, Champagnes and spirits, which on a warm sunny day, can be enjoyed outside on La Terrasse Kléber.

There are 200 rooms at the hotel, of which 86 are suites. As you would expect from a hotel of this star rating, each one of the rooms at The Peninsula 5 star hotel in Paris, provides its guests with all the luxuries and amenities they will need, to help them have a comfortable and relaxed stay.

All the rooms are designed with elegant furniture and artwork and offer guest a range of facilities such as free WiFi, free long distance telephone calls and Tv’s. Each room has its own dressing area, with wardrobe and luggage space and a spacious marble bathroom, which have deep bathtubs, nail dryers and a range of luxury toiletries.

 

Deluxe Rooms – 35 – 50 sq m / 376 – 538 sq ft – EUR 845.00 per night

The Deluxe rooms have been designed to provide guests with all the luxuries and amenities they will need during their stay. The spacious rooms that can sleep up to 3 people all have a sitting area with either views over the courtyard or Avenue Kléber. Each Deluxe room has a marble bathroom that have their own individual rain showers and inset televisions, as well as many other lovely touches include a range of luxury toiletries.

Junior Suite – 50 – 60 sq m / 538 – 646 sq f – EUR 1,160.00 per night

The South facing design of the Junior Suites, means they receive natural light throughout the day and the spacious elegant layout, with sitting area, allows guests to relax in comfort during their stay. The marble bathrooms and quality bed linen are just a couple of added luxuries to help make your stay at the Peninsula a memorable experience.

Not only is the elegant 5 star hotel located so close to Arc de Triomphe, it is also just 0.7 miles from the world famous Avenue des Champs-Elysées and just under a mile away from the iconic Eiffel Tower. The famous Parc des Princes Stadium is just a short 15-minute drive from The peninsula.

 

From The Airport:

The Peninsula hotel is located just approximately 15 miles from the Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, which makes transfers to and from the airport to the hotel very easy. Being located so close to the airport, also means that The Peninsula Hotel in Paris, is the perfect choice for a short break or long weekend visit to Paris.
